What else can you tell me about Euro Hotel?

History

Lounge & Breakfast Room

The Hotel consists of three Georgian houses built in 1807 for wealthy merchants and now converted into one building. The garden crescent in which the hotel is situated is named after John Cartwright, an advocate of parliamentary reform and universal suffrage who was the first Englishman openly to support the independence of the USA.

Breakfast

Your full English Breakfast includes the following: cereals and juices, tea and coffee, toast and jam honey or marmalade, bacon, sausage, eggs (to order) beans and tomatoes. And you can eat as much as you want.

Children

We are very fond of children here. When children under 16 share an adult's room we only charge £10.00 per child. We can usually offer children a full-sized bed, though on occasion we will have to bring in a portable one.

Disabled Guests

There are four steps at the front of the building - assistance with those is always available. We have no lift but we have four well-appointed rooms on the ground floor - just ask for one of them when you make your reservation. There are telephones in every room and a member of staff is on call at all times.

Play Tennis in Cartwright Gardens

All guests have access to tennis facilities in Cartwright Gardens. Courts can be booked at reception.

Internet Access & E-mail

Euro Hotel provides a public computer in the reception area for all guests to send and receive emails. WIFI access is also available throghout the building, please ask reception for details.
