 PRICES

The price includes accommodation, Full English breakfast and VAT (Tax).

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

Your room will be ready by 1.00 pm. If you are desperate to get in earlier, let us know and we will do our best. If you arrive in time for breakfast, sit down and help yourself. Check out time is 10.30 am and we are happy to look after your luggage during the day.

ARRIVAL

Your accommodation will be available to you from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement.

It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).

LATE ARRIVAL

If you do not reach the Hotel by 11 p.m. on the date of arrival you will be charged the costs of one night’s stay. Please notify us in good time if you are going to arrive after 11 p.m.

 

GENERAL POLICY

In order to make the reservation and to guarantee the booking, you will need to supply us with your credit card details (credit card number, type, 3-digit security code and expiry date) via secure booking.

We take payment on arrival and you can pay by credit card or cash.

 

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

For group bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit payable in advance with the remaining 50% payable no later than one 2 weeks before arrival.

We can only confirm your booking when we receive your 50% deposit. .

Minor changes to your booking may be made up to the time when the 50% final balance is payable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

 

NON-AVAILABILITY of Accommodation

We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.  If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
